Deep Tech Foundry (formerly Acceler8) with the Valletta Design Cluster is inviting expressions of interest from urban mobility startups ready to test, pilot, or incorporate in Malta.
The programme runs two parallel tracks:
International Track
Personalised mentoring across ecosystem mapping, legal setup, EIT pitching, and stakeholder strategy, followed by an individually scheduled, fully-supported one-week residency in Malta between September and November 2026.
What is included: travel support, accommodation, coworking space, curated introductions to local authorities and private-sector operators, a pilot co-creation workshop, and networking with programme partners and potential investors.
Maltese Track
The same personalised mentoring and curated stakeholder access, delivered locally without the need to travel or relocate, culminating in a guaranteed pitch slot at the Sustainable Urban Mobility Mixer – Demo Day & Matchmaking on 13 October 2026, in front of Malta's key urban mobility stakeholders and EIT Urban Mobility RIS Specialists from across Europe.
What is included: coworking space, curated introductions to local authorities and private-sector operators, a pilot co-creation workshop, a pitch slot at the Sustainable Urban Mobility Mixer – Demo Day & Matchmaking on 13 October 2026, and networking with programme partners and potential investors.
