We don’t provide direct equity or grant funding ourselves. Instead, we work closely with you to secure it. Through our network and expertise in non-dilutive finance, we help startups prepare competitive proposals, refine investor materials, and connect with relevant funding sources.
We focus on early-stage deep-tech startups and spin-offs — typically at TRL 4–7 — that have a validated technology and are ready to scale. Whether you’re refining your product, testing market fit, or preparing for investment, we tailor our collaboration to your specific stage and goals.
Unlike standard accelerators, we don’t follow a one-size-fits-all format or short-term mentoring approach. We act as a hands-on venture-building partner, working directly with your team on product improvement, business growth, funding readiness, and brand development. Every startup defines clear KPIs, and we stay engaged until those goals are met.
We operate on a success-based model — meaning we grow when you grow. Most of our compensation comes from success fees linked to fundraising and sales achievements, as well as equity participation aligned with your long-term success. We subscribe to a small shareholding at the start and may subscribe additional shares when jointly agreed KPIs and milestones are met. This ensures our incentives remain fully aligned with your performance and outcomes.
We start by assessing whether there’s a strong mutual fit — both in terms of technology potential and collaboration goals. This typically happens through working together on a concrete task, such as developing your funding roadmap and co-writing a proposal. This process allows us to get to know your technology, team, and ambitions while efficiently carrying out joint due diligence and setting the foundation for a productive partnership.
